[Review] Bug Attack Swarm Seeker
|Size / weight||30cm 311g||発売年
What is a swarm seeker?
It is one of the bug attack series that is one of the X-shot products. It is a set that can play to defeat the flying insects.
In Japan, it is a product that can be said to be the centerpiece of the annual “Costco Autumn GUN Festival”.
The package is very huge. surprised.
At this time (9/6), please be careful if you are going to buy because it is sold only at Costco stores.
There is also a width of 80cm. There are quite a few weights, so it is quite easy to buy multiple items.
109 items in total
It is a notation of a set of 109 parts, including bullets and bugs. Somehow amazing. But practically most of them are bullets.
The contents are like this. With 96 darts.
Moreover, the flight distance is 27m. This is comparable to nerf.
The contents are also plenty.
Although it is missing in the picture, two flight targets are included. Actually, it is a volume that seems to be full.
For each item in turn.
1, Blaster body “Sworm seeker”
The blaster that comes with this set. There are 2 sets. The side is a seal.
It is a little old-fashioned handgun-like design, and the design is excellent. The X-Shot series often changes its image when painted, probably the same as the swarm seeker.
Cocking is a type that pulls the muzzle slide.
10 harmonica magazine
A total of 10 shots using the harmonica magazine. Each time you shoot, it slides sideways. Clear blue and very nice feeling.
The nerf’s dart goes in as it is, and you can shoot without problems.
Wearing example. The ledge is slightly large, so it seems to get in the way if you want to use it with a holster.
The light blue one on the gun body is a decorative part that represents the body fluid of insects, which is also a characteristic of bug attacks.
The photo did not focus, but there is a rear site and a front site.
2, Flying bug required set
The most important part of this set is a flying bug, a launch pad and a flying target.
There is a rotating rod in the center, and it fires by placing a bug like a helicopter here.
Many people have seen this movement with a helicopter toy. It looks like a propeller will fly when you pull the string.
This flying bug is actually electric, and it has a simple mechanism of rotating when you step on the foot switch and firing when you release it.
This is a helicopter to fly … not a bug. It is quite large.
About 13cm in diameter. Because it is very lightweight, there is no pain even if it hits it, but let’s be careful about the direction to fly.
The bug is Momentum
Uses 4 AA batteries. Because it is a motor type, how to fly depends on the battery.
The flight is like this. A certain amount of space is necessary because it flies “before” quite vigorously. In the video, it fell 7m away.
Yes, there is a lot of noise or vibration, so I use a cushion.
Be careful at night. Sounds downstairs.
Since old batteries will not fly up, use as new and good batteries as possible.
3, happy bonus and adhesive bug
This is a bug whose feet are made of adhesive material. Stick to the glass surface and you can enjoy falling down when you shoot. There was such a petan doll with toys for children.
This was also included in previous bug attacks.
Since it becomes dusty when opened, this is unopened.
4, standard empty can target
A familiar can target in the X-shot series.
The shape is divided in half.
You can combine the two, or just place them in half. There is a groove on the bottom so that it can be stacked on top.
If you use it in combination, you can hit it! It becomes a target that breaks. However, since there are only three of the half, you need at least 2 packs to stack in a double-sided combination.
5, X Shot Darts
A total of 96 x shot darts. Can be used as it is for nerf. If you buy it alone, it’s quite expensive, so it’s very profitable to have it all.
It is lighter than a nerf, but it is a little more prone to rampage. The video is a nerf hammer shot.
The package is very large, but the blaster itself is not.
Length 28cm. In a nerf, it can be said to be a handgun of a common size.
The width is the size of the magazine … quite large.
For adults, the grip is just right.
On the other hand, it is a little difficult to use for children. If you do n’t pull the gray slide back for cocking, it ’s hard, but the design does n’t catch your finger, so it ’s often difficult for kids with weak grip.
Even my 8 year old son was unable to fire.
Weight is 311g. The actual weight is never heavy.
It is about the same size as a strong arm.
I also arranged the boxes. It’s not a joke or exaggeration, but it is sold in a package of this size at Costco stores.
The harmonica magazine is from right to left.
As you can see from the fact that the magazines are numbered, the darts shoot in order from right to left.
The darts should be loaded from the right side without any gaps. If there is a gap in the middle, you must shoot or skip by one by pushing it with your hand.
Pull the gray slide firmly, cocking, pull the trigger to fire.
When all the magazines have moved to the right, push them by hand to move them to the left end.
The launch pad is easy
Just put a bug on the mandrel and step on it with your foot.
This was my 3 year old daughter. Pretty favorite pattern.
There is no extensibility, so customization is not possible.
There are no rails.
Details such as specifications
I was most surprised, but it looks like a very high power blaster. The initial speed is nerf (About 20m / s) and about 23m / s. Pasun also shot! I can hear a loud sound.
As usual on sheets 7m away.
As you can see from the video, do you know that the dart ’s momentum is straight? This is the power of 23m / s initial speed.
The reason for rampage is that darts are losing power.
If you use Accu Strike darts, you may aim more accurately.
I aimed at a bug
I tried playing a flying bug, which is the original way of playing.
Bugs move so fast that you only have one chance to shoot.
It was quite difficult, but I managed to win. I do n’t know because of the blurring in the video.
However, this requires fairly advanced technology. Prepare a flying bug with your feet, release your feet, and at the same time aim and aim and shoot.
I was able to challenge several times and finally hit it.
Fortunately, it is a linear movement, so if you get used to it, you may be able to aim more.
Not only X-shot darts but also nerf darts can be used as they are.
comments: Shooting skills should go up.
The target that jumps up is too nice.
I wonder if it’s a target for shooting, but it looks pretty fun when viewed as a helicopter-type toy, and kids play with the blaster itself.
Because it flies straight, depending on the hallway or floor plan, it may be good to play in places with high ceilings such as stairs.
It should be noted that the play that is originally supposed to be … Shooting a jumping target requires a fairly high shooting skill, but I feel like playing or training.
As a blaster body, this is also a habit of being high power and difficult to handle.
The harmonica magazine is hard to tell if darts are loaded, and the slides are too hard to fire.
I have said many times that a weak child can be too cocky and cannot play alone.
On the other hand, the strength of the spring, which is the cause of the weight and stiffness of the slide, achieves a linear trajectory with high initial velocity, and if you use a high-precision dart, it may show unparalleled strength.

This should give you a general sense.
